1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ege33 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ege33 website at ege33.net, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ege33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material change will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms that may be made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. ege33 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ege33 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ege33 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English, which is the official language of all legal documentation on the ege33 platform. All official correspondence, account notifications, support communications, and transaction records will be conducted and maintained in English.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ege33 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ege33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers of any kind on ege33.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player for personal recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any business entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any other person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ege33 platform through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated exclusion for terms violations.
• You do not hold, and have never held, more than one active ege33 account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification

ege33 enforces age verification as a mandatory step in the account lifecycle. While initial registration may be completed with a self-declaration of age, full identity verification — including government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth — is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. ege33 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage, including during the registration process or following any unusual account activity.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Registration

If ege33 determines at any point that a registered player is under the age of 18, or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, ege33 will immediately and permanently close the account. All deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. ege33 may also report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the ege33 platform — including deposits, wagers, bonus claims, and withdrawals — you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and verification)
• Mobile phone number (used for two-factor authentication and account security)
• Preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account information)
• A secure password of your choosing, meeting ege33's minimum password security requirements

You are prohibited from registering using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information. ege33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration details.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ege33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed multi-accounting will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming obligations and internal fraud prevention policy, ege33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence — government-issued, valid, and clearly showing your full name and date of birth
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and residential address — dated within the last 90 days
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. ege33 does not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by law. 3.4 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ege33 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access your account or place wagers on your behalf. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ege33 support team immediately at [email protected]. ege33 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a known or suspected breach promptly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ege33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ege33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ege33 accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ege33 platform for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your ege33 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source payment method, minus any irrecoverable transaction costs.
• ege33 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion, particularly where fraud prevention systems flag the transaction for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and approval.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by the ege33 compliance team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days from approval. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours.
• ege33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

ege33 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is required for Bangladeshi players. All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and maintained in Bangladeshi Taka. International payment methods that involve currency conversion are not currently accepted on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ege33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your ege33 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an ege33 account are not eligible for welcome bonuses.
• Reload and ongoing promotions are available to active players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific offer.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other offers unless the promotion explicitly states that combining bonuses is permitted.
• ege33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or limit any bonus offer at any time and for any reason, including where a player is found to be misusing the promotion system.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — is strictly prohibited. ege33 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse patterns. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ege33 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers and game sessions placed or commenced on the ege33 platform. Additional game-specific rules may apply and are available within each individual game's information panel or the relevant sports betting market.

6.1 Wager Placement and Settlement

• All wagers must be placed from available real-money or bonus balance held within your ege33 account. Credit-based wagering is not available.
• Once confirmed, a wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn — except where ege33 explicitly provides a "cash out" option for specific sports betting markets, subject to that feature's own terms.
• Wagers are settled based on the official result of the relevant match, event, or game round. ege33 uses official result sources and certified RNG systems for casino game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, connectivity interruption, or game malfunction that affects the valid completion of a wager or game round, ege33 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No additional compensation will be provided in respect of voided wagers.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting on ege33 covers a wide range of markets including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Test series, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the settled wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at the point determined by ege33 or the relevant sports data provider. Wagers placed after a market has closed will be voided and the stake returned.
• Events abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules will be settled according to the relevant sport's void/no-action policy, which is detailed within each market's rules section.

6.3 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games available on ege33 — including slots, live table games, fishing games, and arcade titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel. ege33 does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes beyond what is determined by the underlying certified RNG systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ege33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment details; chargebacks; false dispute claims; or any other form of financial fraud directed at ege33 or its payment partners.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one ege33 account, whether using your own identity or a fictitious or borrowed identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve a shared unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multi-player game format.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, auto-clicking software, AI-powered prediction tools, or any automated system to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds differences between ege33 and other platforms, particularly in conjunction with bonus abuse, in a manner that removes genuine market risk from wagers.
• Money Laundering: Using the ege33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer illicit funds through gambling transactions.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including false age, false name, or false payment method ownership.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or degrade any part of the ege33 platform, including its game servers, payment infrastructure, or user account systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ege33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on the account
• The player's continued use of the platform presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ege33
• A valid self-exclusion request is received from the player or an authorised third party acting on their behalf

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ege33 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at the player's request, any pending withdrawal of available real-money balance will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion — ege33 will action permanent self-exclusion requests with no cooling-off period and no reversal. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balance

Upon closure of an account that contains an available real-money balance — whether the closure is initiated by the player or by ege33 following a terms violation investigation — the following applies:

• In the case of player-initiated closure not related to any terms breach: the available real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
• In the case of ege33-initiated closure following confirmed terms violations or fraud: ege33 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation and, where violations are confirmed, to forfeit that balance entirely.
• Bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and promotional credits are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.

8.4 Amendments to Terms

ege33 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions take effect upon publication on the ege33 website and notification to registered players. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
